What is Zala?
› Zala is a turn-key modular, mobile financial services platform

Who can use Zala?
› Globally anyone can receive money from a Zala accountholder.
› In 2009, Zala will be launched as a Consumer-to-Consumer mobile application in the United States and Europe.
› Zala can be used as an “enterprise application”, which means that it can be white-labeled and licensed by a corporate entity. Examples of internal enterprise usage include payroll and expense account management.
› An enterprise, can license and remarket Zala as a consumer application. A corporate licensee can resell Zala debit cards or apply to our “network” and set up a custom turnkey Visa/Mastercard program that includes a custom card design, possible customer incentive benefits and rewards, compliance and regulatory monitoring, customer support
How does Zala work?
› Consumers can open an account at myzala.com. Upon a successful registration, the accountholder receives instructions on how to download and install the Zala software.
› Upon a successful installation of the Zala mobile software, the accountholder can start to send and receive money with their Zala “friends”.
› Azure Media can also white-label the myzala.com website for an enterprise license and program. Given the modular nature of Zala, an interested enterprise can add, downsize or custom all of the components of the Zala platform.
› Zala is an intermediate link or connector to several international credit card processors and bank clearinghouses. As an intermediate layer or network we reduce the “red tape” and the lags associated with clearing transactions over multiple networks.
In the Q3 2009, Azure Media will launch a series of bill payment and bill presentment features.
